Nice infographic via Vancouver agency @rethinknow on what they look 4 in creative hires. I’ve noticed them doing smart work the last few years so it’s no shock that they took a different approach to spicing up their talent search process. It’s always refreshing 2 me when agencies inject a but of style into the search process. I mean agencies are brands themselves, NO? Not only do i think the infographic drops some knowledge about the talent game overall but it give you a sense that the process is not a static one.
